From a nursery floor to 300+ settings
It started in 2025 when co-founders Sarah and Daniel — a nursery manager and a software engineer — grew tired of watching staff drown in paperwork during what should have been hands-on time with children.
The tools available were either impossibly complex, shockingly expensive, or built by people who'd never set foot in a nursery. So they built their own — initially just for Sarah's setting in Leeds.
Word spread quickly. Within 18 months, BloomKidz was running in 30 nurseries across Yorkshire. Today we're proud to support over 300 settings across the UK, from single-room childminders to multi-site nursery groups.
